Whether you’re here alone with your significant other, or you've brought along the dog, kids, or good friends, you can look forward to relaxing indoors. There are three comfortable bedrooms available when it’s time to rest, and if you’d like an invigorating morning shower or to spend the late morning relaxing in the sauna, the bathroom has everything you need. Most of your waking hours will likely unfold in the living room, a charming space with rustic wood paneling on the walls, an open kitchen, and large windows facing the terrace. Near the wood stove, there’s a cozy nook with soft armchairs – and if you don’t feel like settling in here with a good book, both the sofa area and the dining table are wonderful places to gather.

Outside, you can soak up the sparkling sunshine, the relaxed holiday atmosphere, and the greenery of the garden. The dense wild rose bushes smell delightful when the flowers bloom, and the lawn offers plenty of space for games of tag or a toss of the ball, which kids and dogs are sure to enjoy. The wooden terrace gets sun from both the east and south, and there’s also a covered area if you and your loved ones simply can’t get enough of sitting outside in the fresh air, even after the evening dew has settled.

At the end of the road, there’s a path leading to the nearest playground, and a bit farther away are playing fields if the younger family members need some extra activity. If you run out of milk for your coffee or feel like a good lunch, it’s about a five-minute walk to Vejlby Klit’s central square, where both a grocery store and a restaurant are open during the summer season. The beautiful sandy beach also awaits just a lovely stroll away, and you might want to make the trip several times a day, whether for a morning dip, a midday nap on the sand, or a quiet moment as the sun sets.
