Interior

The house offers a nice small hallway, a light bathroom with shower and a kitchen with light units and dining space plus direct access to the living room. Big light bedroom with double bed and ample storage space. There is a spacious and cosy living room with wood burner and heat pump as well as a double bed plus access to a lovely covered terrace. From the covered terrace you reach a spacious and open sunny terrace as well as an outdoor shower. In the beautiful garden, another lovely covered terrace has been establis­hed, where you can fully enjoy the evening sun.

Location / the area

The holiday house is located within bicycle distance from the market town Nykøbing Sj., where you find a cosy pe­de­stri­an street with shopping po­s­si­bi­li­ties and good eating places. The harbour area in Nykøbing is to be recom­men­ded with a visit to some of the many artists in their galleries. Rørvig is also worth a visit. Rørvig harbour is located only 10km away, and here you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to shop for fresh fish at the fis­h­mon­ger’s or enjoy his big fish buffet, and the children can catch crabs from the jetty.
