Here, you can enjoy cozy evenings with the family while the fireplace crackles in the ba­ck­gro­und. The house features one bedroom with a double bed and one children’s room with a bunk bed – ideal for a small family. The bathroom is fun­ctio­nal­ly designed and equipped with a shower.

Outside, you’ll find a large, enclosed terrace of 100 m², furnished with com­fortab­le garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill. Here, you can relax in the sun, enjoy meals al fresco, or let the kids play freely on the 752 m² plot. The enclosed terrace provides shelter from the wind, whether it’s coming from the east or west, making it the perfect spot to enjoy long summer evenings.

The holiday home is ideally located just 400 meters from the North Sea, where you can take re­fres­hing dips or go for long walks along the beach. From the house, you have an unob­structed view of the beautiful dunes towards the sea and a view of Ferring Lake, offering a pi­c­tu­resque ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Within 500 meters, you’ll find both a su­per­mar­ket and a re­stau­rant that hosts barbecue evenings with live music during the high season. For more city life, you can take a short drive to Lemvig, known for its charming town center and harbor. Cycling ent­hu­si­asts will ap­pre­ci­a­te the nearby bike path to Bovbjerg, where you can enjoy stunning views of the beautiful landscape.
